Meadows Fellowship was founded as a non-denominational work in the city of Las Vegas in 1986 with approximately 25 people in attendance. They met at the Methodist Church on the corner of Charleston and Jones for 10 months, then moved into their own rented facilities on Rainbow and Oakey in September 1988. The church increased in size quickly, and as the church grew so did the need for space.

In 1996 the church purchased five acres of land in the northwest section of Las Vegas, NV, and over the course of the next 3 years the family of Meadows Fellowship met in 2 different rented locations, all the while continuing to put money away to build their own facility. August 8, 1998, Meadows Fellowship held it’s first service in it’s new building. April 1, 2004 marked a milestone in the financial life of the congregation as the debt for the loan on the land was retired.

Meadows Fellowship, at the direction of Pastor Ted Ramey, became a denominational affiliate of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel in 1996. Pastor Ted resigned as Senior Pastor in September, 2005 and ICFG appointed Pastor Ron Flores as Senior Pastor.

Pastor Ron previously pastored in Southern California for 23 years, 18 of which were within the Foursquare Church, where he also served as a Divisional Superintendent, a member of the Bylaws Committee, and a member of the District Ethics Committee. Since Pastor Ron’s arrival, Meadows Fellowship has increased to 350 in attendance.

Meadows Fellowship missions statement is, We exist to celebrate the presence and power of God and to see people saved, mended, trained and sent to impact our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This statement states our purpose is to worship, to evangelize, to minister to the hurting, to disciple people, and to send people out.

Meadows Fellowship’s slogan is that this is a safe place to hear a dangerous message. A place where you can hear a message that will stir up and encourage change in your life without being put down. And this slogan is being fulfilled in every aspect of our ministry.
